All of these professionals have a different area of expertise and qualifications.

Bookkeeper are usually TAFE qualified, to process transactions in an accounting system. Sometimes they are also a BAS Agent which means they can lodge your Business Activity Statements (BAS’s), Instalment Activity Statements and Superannuation Statements.

Accountants are University educated professionals. Further studies can also include the Chartered Accounting Program (CA) or the Certified Practising Accounting Program (CPA) which must also be combined with relevant work experience over a minimum of three years. Accountants don’t just process transactions, they also analyse results, prepare financial reports and statements, apply accounting standards, rules and regulations and provide advice to their clients.

Tax Agents can also be accountants, but they specialise in applying Tax Legislation to client situations and lodge Income Tax Returns with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).

A Virtual CFO is outsourced, professionally qualified advisor, that supports businesses with functions of their business that they may not have the time, expertise or resources to operate internally. Some of these functions may include, financial management and reporting, accounting, payroll, tax services and human resources management.

For our Bookkeeping, Payroll and CFO/Chartered Accounting Services we offer a fixed monthly package depending on the size and level of transactions for each business.

For our BAS Agent Services we offer a fixed price per lodgement or the ability to package with one of our other services in a fixed monthly fee.

For our Business Management Services we tailor a package to the needs of each individual business depending on the services required that we identify during our initial discovery call or on-site review.
